Welcome to the Venango Training & Development Center, Inc! Through the diversity of services we provide, VTDC connects with our Communities, Education, Work Force Development, and the Business Sector to "Make It Happen" for the disadvantaged and disabled population. Our goal is to strive to provide the training, supports, and connections that will help each individual reach their potential.

We view ourselves as a conduit for youth and adults to connect to quality training and programming provided at one of our sites, in the community, or by one of our many partners.

Through this web site, our diversity in services will become apparent.

From helping youth to stay in school, providing supports and connections for further education, work experiences and competitive employment, to providing leadership training, mentoring, or tutoring. we want to make sure each youth has the opportunity to succeed.

Adults with disabilities can also receive vocational training, job development and placement, training in life skills, community habilitation, peer to peer support, socialization, and training in entrepreneur activities.

Businesses can find quality subcontracting services through our assembly/packaging divisions (Macropack) at our three satellite Contract Centers, as well as our Business Services Division along with the unlimited source of workers and resources for their business needs.
